Salon Policy

NO REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your service, please call or notify the manager immediately:

  1. To schedule a redo appointment.
  2. The redo appointment must be scheduled within 4 days from the initial service day.
  3. Additional charges will apply to non-quality-related issues caused by inadequate maintenance or care outside of our shop, such as chipped, broken, or lifted nails. Changing shape or color will also incur additional charges.

We do not offer refunds for any services or products.

 

Personal Items
We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. For your protection, we ask that you do not bring valuable items or clothing inside the salon. We regret to inform you that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, accessories, or technology.


Nail Care
• We recommend maintaining your nails by attending regular appointments for infills every 2 to 3 weeks. Failure to do so may cause fungal infections or other microscopic growths between the nails.
• Do not use your nails as tools.
• Avoid picking and biting your nails.
• Remove nails professionally – do not peel or bite them off.
• Be careful when opening doors and pulling cans.
• Wear gloves when doing housework.
